All food remaining from the catered event may be taken by the contracting party. Contracting party MUST provide plenty of containers (preferably plastic lidded containers (such as ice cream buckets), clean and labels removed).
If you do not wish to take remaining food, you may arrange for delivery to a charitable organization (we have donated to and can recommend St. Paul’s Church in Waterloo’s dinner for the indigent or Cosgrove’s Kitchen in East St. Louis).
Special diets such as gluten free, vegetarian, or diabetic can be accommodated with advanced notice. Please contact the catering manager to coordinate. Contact information is on the menu/contract forms.
Total payment for catered meal is due and payable TWO WEEKS prior to catered event. The hall is capable of seating 550 guests comfortably with capacity of 600 maximum. For more information on reserving the hall please call our reservation line at 618-473-2970.
