Hi! My name is Alycia Jones & I have reserved the Hecker Community Center for my wedding on October 12, 2019. My fiance & I were part of the Columbia apartment fire that occured a little over 3 weeks ago & we lost just about everything wedding related. Talk about stressful! Is there any way that I can get a copy of the reception contract & everything that was sent to us before re-sent to a new address? I just want to make sure I have everything in order & would like to have all of the reception hall guidelines & table layout again, as well as the contract to update addresses as needed.
